Miller Construction Underway With 19,122 SF Gateway Commerce Park Building 4 for EastGroup Properties

Andres Perez-Cervera, PA with RESF, INC., represented the buyer, xx, in the purchase of a 3.2-acre lot located at 2490 SW 32nd Street in Dania Beach.
Zoned IROM-AA, the 140,615-square-foot lot was purchased for $4 million.
 
“With two other bidders fighting for this property, negotiation was difficult, but ultimately succeeded in getting favorable terms for my client who was happy to lock-in one of the last multi-acre parcels to permit heavy industrial which is becoming impossible to find,” commented Perez-Cervera.
The deal closed November 15.
The parcel currently serves as parking for trucks grossing $540,000 annually so a great land bank deal with income in place.
