Mindful Capital Group’s Jeffrey Pechter, Patrick Carney Close On Purchase Of Broward Industrial Property

Mindful Capital Group Founding Partner Jeffrey Pechter and Managing Partner Patrick Carney (pictured above) recently closed on the purchase of a 43,500-square-foot industrial property located at 4141 N. Dixie Highway in Deerfield Beach.

Lotus Commerce Center, LLC sold the 43,500-square-foot asset for $6,000,000.

The deal closed April 8.

Delray Beach-based Mindful Capital is a private real estate firm founded in 2003 specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of Industrial real estate assets throughout South Florida. The team focuses on identifying fundamentally strong properties and repositioning them through a proven active management process.
