Mixed-Use Project To Break Ground In Doral

Miami-based Terra Group will soon break ground on the Doral Commons mixed-used project in Doral.
The project will feature 300 single-family homes on a 90-acre site, along with a retail component.
The project will be located between NW 107th Avenue and 97th Avenue along the north end of 74th street, with 3,000-4,000 square foot homes starting around $600,000.
