Mizrach Realty Closes 10,000 SF Sale

On November 4th, 2011, Mizrach Realty Associates closed the sale of a 10,000 square foot building located in the Design District at 3800 N. Miami Avenue.
The building was originally built as industrial, but was most recently used as medical offices by Miami Urgent Care and Rehab Center.  The new owner plans to utilize the building for retail use.
Mizrach Realty Associates was the only broker involved in this transaction.  Ari Dispenza represented the seller, 3800 North Miami, L.C. and Larry Mizrach represented the buyer.
The building had been vacant for several months prior to closing.
