NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale Fully Leases New Retail Plaza In South Miami-Dade

NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale announced the signing of the latest lease to bring American Plaza to 100% occupancy.

American Plaza is a newly constructed 18,026-square-foot retail plaza located at 11045 SW 216th Street in Cutler Bay.

Jeremy Larkin, Co-Chairman, along with Jake Guso and Craig Merlin, Associates of NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, represented the landlord, G & P Commercial, LLC, and assisted with the planning, development, construction, and leasing of the property that began in January 2020.

American Plaza is located between South Dixie Highway (US 1), and Florida’s Turnpike with approximately 156 feet fronting SW 216th Street. American Plaza serves a dense residential community with a total of 17 tenants including Domino’s Pizza, Nel & Shey Medical Center, Pack & Ship Express, and more.
