NAI Miami Reps Supermarket In 18,000 SF Lease In Overtown

NAI Miami’s Josh Rodstein and Lisa Tenn negotiated a ten-year lease with Top Value Supermarket at The Overtown Plaza, 1490 NW 3^rd Avenue on behalf the landlord, Southeast Overtown/Park West CRA.
The lease represented the first big box tenant into the shopping center.
“NAI Miami and I are honored to be working with the Overtown CRA,” said Lisa Tenn, Associate of NAI Miami.  “It was a proud moment at the ground breaking ceremony last month in knowing that our efforts are a contribution to the history in making, as Overtown Plaza will be the catalyst of the rejuvenation efforts of the Historic Overtown neighborhood.”
The Overtown Plaza will undergo an extensive renovation that will include the installation of new storefront windows, doors and canopies, as well as upgrades to the roof and interior of the plaza. Once completed, the new shopping plaza will accommodate a food grocer, as well as additional commercial space for new stores and restaurants.
