- An office building located at 3075 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Oakland Park, totaling 20,099 square feet
- A flex/industrial building located at 5365 Hiatus Road, Sunrise, totaling 26,870 square feet
- Cypress Wood Shopping Center, located in Coral Springs, totaling 47,997 square feet
Jason Krieger will be leasing the flex/warehouse and office properties and Lisa Tenn will be leasing the retail property on behalf of the owners.
5365 Hiatus is also available for sale, priced at $1,785,000. Tim Merriman and Jeremy Larkin are handling its disposition.
