New Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm Launches In Miami

Dallas-based Hart Advisors Group, LLC has launched Hart Commercial, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, and has announced the selection of Miami and South Florida as its first region of operation.
Hart Advisors Group, LLC operates offices in Miami, Laguna Niguel, CA and Dallas, TX and is a real estate advisory firm specializing in loan workouts, CMBS loan assumptions, and asset management.
Hart Commercial expands the scope of Hart services and will enable handling of all commercial real estate needs including investment sales, commercial leasing, and providing consulting services to owners of real estate in the industrial, office, and retail markets.
Hart also announced the selection of Sherri D. Beregovoy, P.A. as Senior Vice President and Miami Market Leader for Hart Commercial. Beregovoy is charged with establishing the new business in South Florida before moving into other key markets.

Beregovoy brings more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, tenant and buyer representation, and extensive market knowledge to her role at Hart Commercial. In Beregovoy’s role as Senior Vice President and Market Leader, she will establish the new Hart Commercial real estate platform in the Miami office, manage all regional commercial leasing and sales, and also hire and train other commercial associates at the firm.

Prior to joining Hart Commercial, Beregovoy served as a Senior Commercial Associate for DiGiacomo Group, Inc. in Doral.
Beregovoy has been a board member of the Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association (FCBF) for more than 13 years, and an Executive Board Member for the last three years. Her knowledge of the industry adds valuable transportation and freight industry experience to Hart Commercial and its clients.
