New COO For NAI/Merin Hunter Codman

Jordan C. Paul will join NAI/Merin Hunter Codman as Chief Operating Officer and partner from Related Group of Florida, where he served as a senior managing director responsible for all investment and asset management activities of the firm’s investment fund.
Over the course of his career, Paul has been responsible for the acquisition and management of over $3.5 billion in commercial real estate assets throughout the United States.
Paul will lead operations for brokerage, construction and property management services and represent the company with business and civic leaders to promote expansion, in addition to overseeing financial performance, and business development. Paul will also continue with strategic plans for additional reruitment and broadening its market penetration with strategic joint ventures with institutional partners.
