New Lease At Miami Center Brings Building To 90% Occupancy

Cushman & Wakefield has completed a new 23,500 square foot office lease at Miami Center, a 786,267 square foot, 34 story Class-A office tower located at 201 S. Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.
Cushman & Wakefield’s team of Jon Blunk and Cristina Glaria represented the landlord, Crocker Partners, in the transaction. The tenant, VITAS Innovative Hospice Care®, was represented by CBRE’s Scott Allen and Chase Deuschle.
“Moving the executive component of VITAS from 100 Biscayne Boulevard to Miami Center signifies the premier quality of the building as well as the firm’s commitment to remain Downtown,” said Blunk, a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield who led the marketing and lease negotiations for the building.
Miami Center is the second largest building in Florida. The facility’s notable tenants include Citi, Shutts & Bowen, Shook, Hardy & Bacon, and Morgan Stanley.
VITAS’ new lease brings the building to 90% occupancy and adds to the existing strong tenant base. Based in Boca Raton the real estate investment firm, Crocker Partners, is the largest owner of commercial office space in Miami.
