Newmark Selected To Lead Leasing Of 75,000 SF Retail/Creative Office Property In West Palm Beach

Newmark has been retained to lead leasing efforts for Caroline Station, a 75,000-square-foot retail and creative office property in West Palm Beach.

Armata Holdings, led by Founder and Managing Partner Alex Griswold, recently acquired the property in 2025 and plans to enhance and activate the asset, creating a vibrant destination that complements the continued evolution of the surrounding neighborhood.

Newmark Managing Director Mitch Heifetz is spearheading marketing and leasing initiatives.

The new leasing assignment comes on the heels of significant leasing momentum at Caroline Station, where ownership recently completed a full renovation, welcoming new tenants Show Pony, a furniture and design retailer, and Bungalow, a boutique offering home goods, jewelry and women’s fashion. Future tenants will join a growing roster of distinctive retailers in a freshly reimagined setting.
