As the Nora District continues to come to life, the neighborhood welcomes its first office tenants alongside the opening of two new businesses, further expanding the project’s variety of lifestyle, dining and retail offerings.

Developed by NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital, the Nora District introduces CrossRange, a leading investment firm leasing 3,344 square feet, and Hart Howerton, the renowned architecture and design firm leasing 3,088 square feet. The district is also celebrating the openings of SWEAT440 and The Spot Barbershop. These additions mark a significant milestone for Nora, expanding the district beyond retail and dining into a hub for businesses, influencing the future of West Palm Beach’s economic landscape.
