Oasis Hallandale Gets TCO, Tenants For Phase 2 Of Commercial Component

Oasis Hallandale, a multi-block district of residential and commercial buildings, has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for phase two of the development’s commercial component which features restaurants, offices, a gallery and more. The destination, slated for completion in 2026, is set to deliver the first major mixed-use and true pedestrian-friendly city center to Hallandale Beach.

Comprised of five low-rise buildings looking over Hallandale Beach Blvd., Oasis’ commercial district is fully sold out. Spanning 59,219 square feet, the destination is home to restaurants, a gallery and kosher market as well as 35,000 square feet of office space. The buildings are accessible by new tree-lined lanes surrounded by wide-shaded sidewalks that are ideal for outdoor dining and strolling. As part of the first development phase, Oasis Fit, Oasis Dental and Oasis ENT have been delivered and are open to the public.

The project’s second commercial phase will house a variety of operators including Century 21 Realty with an office space spanning 630 square feet, Domus Aurea Interiors taking up 1,630 square feet, and the 4,330-square foot headquarters office for MGM Construction. Additionally, this stage of the development will unveil an art gallery as well as Italian and Mediterranean restaurants.

Oasis Hallandale is being developed by Hallandale Oasis 2019 LLC, led by Giuseppe Iadisernia, with the master plan designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO. The multi-block district has a striking main entrance framed with fountains, a six-story waterfall and lushly landscaped greenery. It is also immediately adjacent to Gulfstream Park, with residents being able to see the thoroughbred racing from their balconies.

Oasis Hallandale is located at 1000 E Hallandale Beach Blvd. Hallandale Beach, and features two 25-story East and West towers with 250 residences in each tower. Residential units range from $675,000 to $4.4 million and 900 square feet to 4,750 square feet, offering one, two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as two-story penthouses, respectively.
