Oasis Hallandale Secures $107M Loan As East Tower Goes Vertical
Oasis Hallandale, the transformative 10-acre mixed-use development redefining the heart of Hallandale Beach, is rapidly advancing, with vertical construction on the East Tower set to begin this month. Simultaneously, the development team has secured a construction loan from S3 Capital, led by Robert Schwartz and Joshua Crane, providing momentum as the project enters its final phases.
The project is nearing completion, with the West Tower fully topped out and slated for delivery at the end of 2025 and the newly launched East Tower targeting completion in 2027.
Designed by internationally acclaimed firm Arquitectonica, Oasis Hallandale features two elegant towers totaling 500 luxury residences, set within a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly district that integrates residential, retail, dining, office, and entertainment components. Several residences across the development have already been sold to a global mix of buyers from the U.S., Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, and Eastern Europe.
“This financing milestone reflects the strength of the vision we’ve brought to life at Oasis Hallandale,” said Giuseppe Iadisernia, developer of Oasis Hallandale. “With the West Tower nearing completion, the East Tower now rising, and our commercial component fully delivered and sold out, we are entering the final stretch of a project that’s redefining Hallandale Beach.”
MGM Construction, known for completing notable South Florida projects like NINE Hollywood and Deco Green in Lake Worth, which just received TCO, is leading the construction efforts. Residences in the East Tower range from 900 to 4,750 square feet, priced from $750,000 to $5.02 million. All units feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, sleek glass balconies, imported Italian finishes, and modern open-concept floor plans. Select residences include powder rooms, walk-in closets, and two-story layouts.
Future residents will enjoy a robust offering of 70,000 square feet of luxury amenities, including a resort-style pool deck with cabanas and yoga lawn, a spa, fitness center, coworking spaces, social lounges, and both indoor and outdoor theaters.
Oasis Hallandale’s commercial phase is already a success story, fully delivered, sold out and operational. It includes 60,000 square feet of retail and dining and 35,000 square feet of modern office space across five low-rise buildings. Tenants such as KC Market, Davinci Café, Oasis Fit, Oasis Dental and Dr. Branovan ENT are open and contributing to the neighborhood’s growing lifestyle ecosystem.
Sales for the East Tower are led by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Oasis International Realty.
As Hallandale Beach experiences an era of unprecedented growth, underscored by luxury developments like Shell Bay by Auberge Resorts and the recently reimagined Diplomat Hotel, Oasis Hallandale is setting a new standard for destination living in South Florida.
