Oasis Hallandale Condominiums Launches West Tower Construction

Oasis Hallandale, the 10-acre community anchoring a new live, work, play center for the burgeoning beachfront city, announces the commencement of construction on the first of a pair of 25-story residential towers set within the mixed-use community, already delivering retail, lifestyle and workspaces.

Designed by world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica, Oasis Hallandale will feature a total of 500 residences with wrap-around balconies and 360-degree views of the City of Hallandale Beach and the water. The West tower features 250 one- to four-bedroom residences with all glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling glass in the homes, offering unobstructed views.

Oasis Hallandale is also home to a commercial district with more than 59,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 35,000 square feet of office space and nearly 1,500 parking spaces. The list of high-quality, unique tenants includes a luxury gymnasium called Oasis Fit with pilates, yoga, weights, cycling training and more. On the way is a gourmet kosher market along with restaurants and more.

“Oasis Hallandale will offer residents a sanctuary that will define luxury living in Hallandale Beach,” said Giuseppe Iadisernia, Developer of Oasis Hallandale. “The Arquitectonica-designed urban oasis’ condominium towers feature elegant lobbies, pool decks with posh cabanas, cooled lounges and other amenities that are unparalleled in the marketplace. One of the most stunning is the six-level waterfall at the entrance.”

The project offers a variety of unique water features including seven fountains with a splash pad on the deck and five waterfalls – the main one being six stories in height at the entrance between the two towers. Each condo tower lobby will have two two-story waterfalls.

Interiors include glass walls that are designed to enhance luxe lighting and art acquisitions.

Both fully grown oaks and palms are included in the developer’s significant investment in trees and landscaping. The residential towers each have shade trees on the decks.

The towers offer views of the ocean, the City of Hallandale Beach and the Gulfstream thoroughbred track next door, the latter inspiring the circle design that has been incorporated into the exteriors of the towers.

The city of Hallandale Beach, home to one of the fastest growing populations in Broward and Miami, is emerging as one of South Florida’s prime destinations with a selection of high-end hotels, fine-dining, retail venues and recreational offerings including the Diplomat Golf Course, Gulfstream Park, culinary destination Atlantic Village, the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
