Office America Group, Avanti Way Group Break Ground On Mixed-Use Development In Lake Worth

Office America Group, a boutique real estate development firm based in South Florida, and Avanti Way Group, a Miami-based real estate conglomerate with investments, property and asset management, title services and brokerage, have broken ground on Deco Green, a 125,000-square-foot, mixed-use community featuring four buildings with 125 residential units, approximately 8,000 square feet of office/retail, and approximately 15,000 square feet of open green space at 1715 N. Dixie Hwy. in Lake Worth Beach.

MGM Construction Group is the general contractor. Completion is slated for the first quarter of 2025.

Tenants will have the option to select from a mix of well-designed one- two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 655-1,320 square feet. Apartments feature sleek, modern kitchens, walk-in closets and private balconies overlooking a courtyard. Facing Dixie Highway, the buildings will be adorned with two murals by internationally recognized artist, Leonardo Moleiro.

As a community-oriented development, Deco Green will include a vast collection of social components including the courtyard featuring approximately 15,000 square feet of central green space with thoughtful landscaping designed by Landscape Architect Andres Montero, a rooftop lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, bike storage, a children’s playground, dog park, offices, retail and more.
