Office America Group, Avanti Way Group Break Ground On Mixed-Use Development In Lake Worth

Office America Group, a boutique real estate development firm based in South Florida, and Avanti Way Group, a Miami-based real estate conglomerate with investments, property and asset management, title services and brokerage, have broken ground on Deco Green, a 125,000-square-foot, mixed-use community featuring four buildings with 125 residential units, approximately 8,000 square feet of office/retail, and approximately 15,000 square feet of open green space at 1715 N. Dixie Hwy. in Lake Worth Beach.

MGM Construction Group is the general contractor. Completion is slated for the first quarter of 2025.

“We are thrilled to have reached this milestone and look forward to delivering an exceptional community to the City of Lake Worth Beach,” stated Ricardo Hernandez and Reinaldo Padron, co-founders of Office America Group. “Deco Green is not just a housing project but a commitment to neighborhood revitalization and community building. We’ve focused on integrating quality design, unique amenities, and community spaces to provide a living experience that offers significant value. We envision Deco Green as a harmonious space where both residents and the surrounding community can connect, enjoy and thrive together, thereby addressing the pressing need for diverse and quality living options in the area. We extend our gratitude to the community of Lake Worth Beach, the CRA, City officials, and staff for their invaluable support and shared vision for a vibrant, inclusive community.”

“As Lake Worth continues to attract more and more young professionals and families, the demand for accessible rental housing in the area has never been greater,” added Andres Korda, co-founder and principal of Avanti Way Group. “Deco Green will offer tenants the opportunity to reside in a well-situated, community-focused development at an attainable price point. As the first new project to introduce three-bedroom units in Lake Worth Beach, Deco Green will undoubtedly captivate this demographic and attract those that have been priced out of the market. We look forward to leaving a lasting legacy in Lake Worth Beach.”

Designed by Martin Architectural Group, Deco Green features a mix of Art-Deco and Bauhaus style design. Tenants will have the option to select from a mix of well-designed one- two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 655-1,320 square feet. Apartments feature sleek, modern kitchens, walk-in closets and private balconies overlooking a courtyard. Facing Dixie Highway, the buildings will be adorned with two murals by internationally recognized artist, Leonardo Moleiro.

As a community-oriented development, Deco Green will include a vast collection of social components including the courtyard featuring approximately 15,000 square feet of central green space with thoughtful landscaping designed by Landscape Architect Andres Montero, a rooftop lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, bike storage, a children’s playground, dog park, offices, retail and more. The courtyard will serve as a gathering place for picnics, yoga classes, art festivals and more for residents and the surrounding community to enjoy.

Situated on the west side of North Dixie Highway between the 17th and 18th Avenues, the property is conveniently located two minutes from downtown Lake Worth with a plethora of dining, cultural and entertainment options, including a historic theater and a museum, live music clubs, coffee houses, art galleries, antique malls, retail stores and a variety of restaurants. The project is one mile from the beach and the Lake Worth Golf Club, eight minutes from West Palm Beach, 10 minutes from Boynton Beach, and 15 minutes from Delray Beach.
