Office Building Fetches $350 PSF

A private investor sold the Gerson Preston office building at 666 71st Street in Miami Beach to North Beach Capital LLC for $2.8 million, or about $350 per square foot, according to CoStar.
The 7,990-square-foot office building was constructed in 1967.
David Preston with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller. The buyer is an affiliate of TriArch Real Estate Group.
