Palm Beach Industrial Building Sells To New-To-Market Owner/User

Colliers International South Florida announced the sale of 5205 Tyler Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
Honey Bryan, Senior Vice President, represented the buyer in the purchase of the 12,100-square-foot industrial building in an all cash transaction. The seller, DGFL, LLC, was represented by Asset Specialists.
5205 Tyler Lakes Boulevard West Palm BeachOwner/user Commercial Trailer Leasing, Inc., a New Jersey corporation that leases fleets of trailers, was originally looking to lease a location as an expansion of business into Florida. Bryan advised the client that a purchase would make more sense as industrial property rents are rising quickly.

“Lack of new construction is creating an upward trend for pricing, especially for light industrial buildings in Central Palm Beach County,” says Bryan.

“This was Commercial Trailer Leasing, Inc.’s first real estate purchase in South Florida…with hopefully more to come, and I could not have chosen a better qualified, diligent and hardworking agent than Honey Bryan,” says David Eisen, CEO of Commercial Trailer Leasing. “As with many real estate deals, nothing goes perfectly smooth, but Honey was there to calmly and quickly address any concerns and make sure they were always fairly resolved.”

The property, constructed in 2005, is in the established West Palm Commerce Park.
