Pebb Purchases Two Palm Beach Office Buildings

Steve Leeds, broker of Green Capital Realty Advisors, LLC, represented PEBB Enterprises of Boca Raton in its purchase of the Sabadell United Bank Building, located at 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., and the Horizons Building, located at 1401 Forum Way.
The combined purchase price was $14,250,000 for the two buildings, which total over 180,000sf.
Currently, the Sabadell United Bank Building is 80% occupied with a reported stable base of long-term tenants, while the Horizons Building is 50% occupied.
