Garda leased 12,415 square feet at the Via Mizner Plaza at 700-798 S. Federal Hwy in Boca Raton, FL. Schwartz. St. John & Morris PA also leased 5,000 square feet, Fountains Recovery leased 3,800 square feet, and Magnum Management Services renewed its lease of 4,000 square feet.
The four transactions leave the three-story, 50,000 square foot Via Mizner Plaza office building, located in the Boca Raton East submarket, 90% occupied.
Jonathan Guffey of Penn-Florida represented the landlord, Via Mizner Associates LLC, in all four transactions. Michelle Ross with La Playa Real Estate represented Garda. The other three tenants were not represented.
