A Pompano Beach industrial property has landed a new tenant in a recently completed lease involving more than 20,000 square feet.
The property, located at 3341 W McNab Road, totals approximately 20,274 square feet and was marketed at an asking rate of $16 per square foot triple-net.
Brookfield Properties owns the facility and was represented in the transaction by Michael Oretsky of CBRE. The tenant was represented by Shay Rubenstein of LRM Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
The lease represents another industrial occupancy transaction in the Pompano Beach market, where well-located warehouse and flex properties continue to attract users seeking space within Broward County.
The tenant taking the space is Route44 Productions, which leased the full 20,274-square-foot property.
