Pompano Beach Retail Center Trades For $5 Million

Campbell & Rosemurgy Commercial Real Estate announced sale of Village Shoppes, a 36,641-square -foot retail plaza located in Pompano Beach at 3907-3971 N Federal Highway.
The center, which was built in 1980, sold for $5,000,000, in an “as-is” cash transaction.
John D. McQueston, MBA, Commercial Property Specialist – Broker Associate with Cambell & Rosemurgy, managed the transaction between the seller, Village Shoppes of LHP, LLC and the buyer, Village Shoppes Investments, LLC.
 

“The highly visible retail space on Federal Highway offered a tremendous opportunity for retail ownership,” commented McQueston.

The center was about 30% vacant at the time of sale.
In the past two weeks, McQueston negotiated three additional commercial real estate sales including:

• A 3,520 free-standing industrial  building at 3701 NE 12th Avenue, Pompano Beach
• An office condo at 5646 W. Atlantic Boulevard, Margate
• An office condo at 1701 E. Atlantic Boulevard, Pompano Beach
