Prologis Adds Doral Warehouse To South Florida Industrial Portfolio

Prologis is closing out the year with one of South Florida’s largest industrial transactions, acquiring a Doral warehouse at 13155 Northwest 19th Lane for $57 million, making it the eighth largest industrial deal in the region over the past 12 months.

The 157,214-square-foot property was sold by an affiliate of Coral Gables-based Codina Partners, led by Armando Codina and Ana-Marie Codina Barlick.

The sale price comes to approximately $362 per square foot.

Completed in 2022, the warehouse is located within Beacon Lakes, a 640-acre industrial park also developed by Codina Partners. The facility is currently leased to transportation company King Ocean Services.

Prologis plans to redevelop the warehouse into a logistics facility.
