The properties at the busy intersection of US 1 and 27th Avenue have been listed for sale.
The 10,000-square-foot Crook & Crook Marine Supply Building, located at at 2795 Southwest 27th Avenue, Crook’s Corner Shopping Center, located at 2600 S. Dixie Highway, and two additional folios located between the two buildings, which include a 1,956 square foot retail building, a billboard, and a 5,570 square foot vacant lot, are being offered for $10 million, according to broker Matthew Martinez of Beacon Hill Property Group.
The 2-story Crook & Crook Building was built in 1958.
Crook’s Corner Shopping Center, which was built in 1988, totals 14,098 square feet and includes tenants Mattress One, Coral Bagels, and Adventure Sports.
