Related Group Taps NAI/Merin Hunter Codman For Strategic Alliance

The Related Group today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman whereby the latter will market the retail component of Casa Costa, a 395-unit luxury condominium project in Boynton Beach, with nearly 20,000 square feet of retail/office space.
The luxury project, which Related acquired in December 2012 and rebranded under the new name, is expected to become one of the most desirable live/work locations in Boynton Beach. The twin condominium towers offer sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean as well as resort-like amenities. Retail space will benefit tremendously from the built-in customer base of condos, and there are nearly 40,000 vehicles per day that pass the complex, which is strategically located at the corner of Federal Highway and Boynton Beach Boulevard. The complex is expected to bridge a retail gap that currently exists between Delray Beach to the south and West Palm Beach to the north, creating a dynamic hub of activity in central Palm Beach County.
