Retail Building Sale In Islamorada Fetches $227 PSF In Off-Market Deal

Koniver Stern Group negotiated the sale of a 9,000-square-foot retail building located at  82790 Overseas Highway in Islamorada occupied by Dollar Tree sold for $2,050,000.

The building is situated on 24,829 square feet of land along Overseas Highway.

The off-market transaction was brokered by Jordan Gimelstein and David Spitz of Koniver Stern Group.

“This was a great opportunity to purchase a cash flowing asset in a high barrier of entry market place, with future redevelopment upside,” commented Spitz.  “We have seen a huge demand in 2021 from buyers wanting to purchase investment properties in South Florida.”
