Retailer Inks Ten Year 10,000 SF Deal

Ulta Beauty is coming to Boca Raton.
The Bolingbrook, Ill.-based company recently signed a 10-year lease for 10,010 square feet at the Westwinds of Boca shopping center on Glades Road.
Maggie Reyes, a partner with The Shopping Center Group, represented the property owner.
The deal is part of Ulta’s national expansion. It has 31 stores in Florida, including eight in South Florida.
