Sabal Development Closes $30M Sale Of Highland Beach Villa In Palm Beach County

Sabal Development, an award-winning builder and developer, has sold a stunning new luxury villa in Highland Beach built by Sabal Luxury Builder.

La Plage Villa, a four-story modern masterpiece with majestic ocean views and high-class finishes, is located at 4005 South Ocean Boulevard and sold for $30 million. The transaction closed on October 31.

Joseph Liguori at Premier Estate Properties represented Sabal Development in the sale while Nadine Cory of CITY Real Estate Corporation represented the buyer. Sabal Development originally purchased the property in August 2016 for $4.4 million.

The 9,054 square foot new build features 7 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms,100 feet of beach frontage and ultra-modern organic and natural finishes.
