Sand Lake Realty Acquires Pompano Beach Small-Bay Industrial Property, Plans Repositioning As Airpark Commerce Center
Sand Lake Realty completed the $6,325,000 acquisition of 1241-1251 N Dixie Highway, a small bay industrial project to be rebranded as Airpark Commerce Center.
Situated on Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach, Airpark Commerce Center comprises two buildings spanning 1.5 acres. The facility features an average suite size of under 2,000 square feet, making it an attractive option for small tenants.
“This asset features a rare combination of under 2,000 square foot spaces, private offices and restrooms for each suite, sufficient clear height, and frontage on Dixie Highway. We are actively pursuing similar opportunities throughout South and Central Florida,” said John Forman of Sand Lake Realty.
Sand Lake Realty plans to reposition the property through targeted façade upgrades, interior renovations, and operational improvements to attract a variety of service industrial businesses.
“Our management team has been operating small bay industrial for over 25 years, and we are excited to participate in the renewed capital markets interest in the asset class,” added McCoy Berger of Sand Lake Realty.
Jordan Beck of Berger Commercial Realty represented Sand Lake Realty in the sale. Jordan Beck, Calder Alfano and Rowan Gilbert will market the property for lease.
