Sansone Group, Argos Capital Partners To Commence On 3.2 Million SF Industrial/Distribution Park
Sansone Group and Argos Capital Partners will commence on the first building at Legacy Park at Tradition in Port St. Lucie, an approximately 3.2-million-square-foot single- and multi-tenant Class A, institutional quality light industrial and distribution development.
The first building will be a 245,000-square-foot, build-to-suit distribution center for an undisclosed tenant which Sansone expects to deliver by the end of the year.
CBRE Executive Vice President Robert Smith, Senior Vice President Kirk Nelson and Executive Vice President Jeff Kelly have been named exclusive leasing agents for the project.
Subsequent phases will include speculative and build-to-suit facilities along with pad-ready sites.
