Marcus & Millichap has been awarded the exclusive listing for the shovel-ready, Edgewater Development Land Project, a 30,056-square-foot property located in Miami.

The asset is listed for $15,000,000.

Ahmed Kabani and Suraj Dalal of the Kabani Hotel Group have the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Miami-based seller.
