SPERRY RJ Realty Announces Sale Of Oakland Park Boulevard Development Site

Ronald Osborne, Managing Director of SPERRY RJ Realty, announced the successful sale of a 72,000-square-foot development site located on Oakland Park Boulevard, just east of NW 31^st Avenue.

The property sold for $2,000,000, slightly below its original asking price.

The property was previously owned by White Hat, LLC, which also owned the adjoining property to the west. SPERRY RJ Realty successfully represented White Hat in the sale of that neighboring property to Nex Car in March 2025.

The buyer, LAS BRISAS ESTATES LLC, plans to develop the recently acquired site into a residential community featuring 78 or more affordable housing units, taking advantage of development opportunities available under Florida’s Live Local Act.
