State Street Realty Closes Warehouse Sale With Italkraft

State Street Realty, a Miami based brokerage and advisory firm has sold a 67,000 square foot industrial property to Italkraft, a luxury custom kitchen and bathroom design company.  Italkraft now owns several warehouse properties in the Miami area that are located within close proximity to the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826).

State Street Realty Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR, and Armando Romero of Broker Nation represented the buyer.  The seller was represented by Rene Vivo and Tommy Gil of the Vivo Group.

The property is located in a prime location at 6900 NW 77 Court.  The property’s frontage to the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826) gives Italkraft great exposure for their retail Kitchen and Bath business.

According to Trelles, “the property’s premier location fronting the Palmetto Expressway was the main factor in purchasing this specific property.” Trelles stated, “the South Florida industrial market has been on fire and finding well-located quality warehouses at reasonable prices has become enormously challenging.  Italkraft was fortunate to find a great opportunity to help grow and expand their robust business.”
