State Street Realty's Lyden, Pino Complete 85,000 SF Warehouse Lease
State Street Realty has leased 85,424-square-feet of industrial space to Adornus Cabinetry, LLC at Beacon Industrial Business Park, located within the Miami-Airport West submarket.
The deal represents one of the largest warehouse lease transactions completed in 2016 within the Miami Airport area, according to a release. As a result, Beacon Industrial Park Building 7 within the Class A industrial business park located at 3200 NW 112 Avenue in Doral is now 100% occupied.
State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR represented the Landlord, Prologis and State Street Realty Executive Vice President Ed Lyden represented the Tenant, Adornus Cabinetry.
