State's Largest 'Off-Campus Medical Mall' Coming To Suburban Palm Beach County

The project under construction outside of Bethesda Health City on Hagen Ranch Road east of Florida’s Turnpike will expand the health care footprint in the area.
Two buildings are already under construction. One will be 18,000 square feet with a dermatology office on the first floor. Flagler Investment Healthcare is searching for a second-floor tenant.
On the north side, there will be an 18,000-square-foot “orthopedic hospital without walls” to be run by the Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County. It will have a 9,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center and 9,000 square feet of medical office space. Both buildings are expected to be finished in October 2016.
The last piece of the puzzle is a 30,000-square-foot building accessible through Enterprise Way. Flagler Investment Healthcare is searching for medical groups for this site. Construction has not started.
With all of this construction, the entire property will be the largest “off-campus medical mall” in the state, said Herve Puyplat, a managing partner with Flagler Investment Healthcare. He described the projects as “unique” and said there is a huge shift from inpatient to outpatient care happening in the field.
