Stirling Design Center Sells

Timothy Neal of Neal Realty & Investments, Inc., represented the seller in the recent sale of the Stirling Design Center, located at 1245-1249 Stirling Road in Dania.
The 20,575 square foot center, previously owned by Stirling Design Limited Partnership, was sold to Stirling Design Center, LLC for $1.4m. Built in 1988, the center includes tenants Alluvium by Design, Socorro Designs and Paramount Training.
Alan Levy of Levy Realty Advisors represented the buyer in the transaction.
