SVN Commercial Partners Brokers Sale Of Pompano Beach Cold Storage

SVN Commercial Partners ROI Group (Retail, Office, Industrial) negotiated the successful sale of Pompano Beach Cold Storage, located at 1400 SW 1st Ct in Pompano Beach.

The 52,500-square-foot property was sold for $6,500,000 by Meyer Hornig in a strategic transaction facilitated by the ROI Group of SVN Commercial Partners’ Adam H. Klein and Elon Gerberg represented both parties.

The industrial property stands out for its unique features, including an FDA-approved cooler/freezer facility and its location within South Florida’s rapidly expanding industrial corridor.
