Taco Bell Building Fetches $1,076 PSF

The 2,370-square-foot Taco Bell at 240 Linton Blvd. in Delray Beach just sold for $2.55 million.
That’s $1,076 a square foot. The property last sold in 2006 for $2.18 million.
The hefty price reflects “very strong demand for South Florida net-leased assets,” said Marcus & Millichap broker Gabriel Britti, who represented both buyer and seller in the deal.
