Two companies have committed to space within Fort Lauderdale’s pioneering mass timber office project, marking an important leasing milestone for the emerging mixed-use district.
Maus & Hoffman is relocating from the Las Olas Boulevard area due to expansion needs and the sale of its prior location.
Gordon Messinger with CBRE represented the landlord, HS Capital, in the lease negotiations.
The deals bring the 25-story, 387,402-square-foot “Class A” office community to over 50% leased following its November 2020 delivery.
The company has been growing exponentially since its launch in 2017.
The firm will be relocating from its current location at 200 East Broward Boulevard.
