The 41-story mixed-use development will bring 306 condominium residences and 245,000 square feet of Class-A office space to Downtown Miami.
Located at 6600 N. Military Trail, the campus includes 650,000 square feet of office buildings on nearly 29 acres overlooking the Broken Sound Country Club’s golf course.
The property is entitled for the development of 301 residential units, 244,000 square feet of office, and just over 7,000 square feet of retail.
The mall was 80 percent leased at the time of sale to more than 100 tenants.
The project is expected to cost over $500 million to develop.
