Prior to joining Lee & Associates South Florida, he served as Senior Associate at Apex Capital Realty and worked closely with CBRE, managing a national bank portfolio spanning three states and 150 locations.
CBRE, represented by Chris Lee and Sean Kelly, alongside Blanca Commercial Real Estate, represented by Chris Gallagher, Christina Stine Jolley, and Andres Del Corral facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The property was bought by Galium Capital.
Making his return to JLL, he will join the corporate tenant representation team to serve clients across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
The property last sold in 2017 for $ 1,480,000.
The brokers will split time between the firm’s Miami and Deerfield Beach offices.
The retailer will occupy 21,260 square feet at 8508 SW 24 Street in Miami and anticipates opening in fall 2024.
CBRE’s John Criddle, Joe Freitas, and Max Pawk will lead local marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord.
A private investor purchased the Class B property for more than $230 per square foot.
