Colliers’ Vice Chair Stephen Rutchik and Vice President Tom Farmer represented ownership in the transactions.
Colliers’ Jake Freeman and Maggie Guajardo Kurtz will lead office leasing efforts, while Jonathan Carter and Ryan Brodsky will head up retail leasing across both properties.
The 43,878-square-foot professional building located within PGA Station sold for $15.5 million.

The two leases total more than 15,000 square feet.
Colliers’ Kevin Gonzalez and Ana Paula represented the landlord in the transaction. Nickel Goeseke of Cervera Real Estate represented the tenant.
The project will feature 140,000 square feet of premier office, retail, and hospitality space.
Expected to open in fall 2026, the 13,083-square-foot, three-story property lease marks Ketchy Shuby’s first Florida location, joining two existing locations in Lower Manhattan and Southampton, New York.
Wynwood is now Miami’s most active office submarket, recording more than 572,000 square feet of absorption this year, the highest in the county and a rare bright spot as many national markets flatten.
