Managing Director and Partner David Kendall of SVN Safe Haven Advisors represented the tenant, GummyWorks, in the lease negotiations.

The 61-acre site features building sizes ranging from 100,000-400,000 square feet, with approval for up to 700,000 square feet of industrial development.
