$19.9M Fetches Downtown Doral Office Building

Codina Partners has bought the city of Doral’s first LEED-certified office building for $19.9 million, with financing arranged by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. The 150,000-square-foot office building, which is 29 percent leased, is in Downtown Doral, formerly known as Doral Center.

Miami’s 1450 Brickell Office Tower Earns LEED Gold Certification, Certificate Of Occupancy

Just days after unveiling that 1450 Brickell now has 226,000 square feet of office space leased, the project’s developer announced today that the ‘class-A’ building has been awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. This makes 1450 Brickell the Downtown Miami/Brickell market’s first and only office tower to achieve LEED Gold status in the core and shell category, which applies to new construction.

The 19,791sf, three-story building is on a 2.2-acre outparcel at the northwest corner of Congress Avenue and the east entrance road to the Boynton Beach Mall. The professional office complex sold for $1,700,000.

Terranova Corp. announced that LexisNexis has signed a 10-year lease renewal at Meridian Commercial Office Complex at 6601 Park of Commerce Boulevard in Boca Raton. Terranova Senior Commercial Associate Gordon Messinger represented the landlord in the 61,524sf transaction valued at more than $13 million.
