According to Cushman & Wakefield research, the Southeast hospitality and tourism industry is one of the nation’s top performing, with the region seeing over 388 million visitors and generating more than $180 billion in revenue (represents tourism dollars spent overall) post-pandemic.
Colliers South Florida Senior Director Ronald Schagrin represented the tenant in negotiating the long-term lease. Chris Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor.
The lease is also the largest in the 638,355-square-foot building.
Wayne Ramoski of Cushman & Wakefield and Kemp Conrad of Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
The project is expected to deliver in late 2023.
The building currently has 81,600 square feet of space available.
Travis Herring and Katherine Ridgway represented the property owner in the negotiations.
