Upon completion in 2028, the eight-story, approximately 200,000-square-foot development will deliver premier office and retail space to the PGA corridor, where there are no other new office projects in the pipeline. Construction is scheduled to begin August 2026.
The project is specifically engineered to cater to the discerning tastes of corporate tenants migrating from high-tax, high-cost environments, with a particular focus on companies exiting New York following the recent election of Mayor Mamdani.
The dining venue will span over 20,000 square feet across three levels of indoor and outdoor space.
Tenant delivery is anticipated to begin in the first-quarter 2024.
