Looks like Miami Tower will have a new owner by the end of the year, with a winning bid of about $120 million.
Codina Partners has bought the city of Doral’s first LEED-certified office building for $19.9 million, with financing arranged by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. The 150,000-square-foot office building, which is 29 percent leased, is in Downtown Doral, formerly known as Doral Center.
