Berger Commercial Realty Senior Vice Presidents Jonathan Thiel and Joseph Byrnes represented landlord Blackhawk Properties & Investments, LLC in a new lease agreement.
The seller was represented in the transaction by Berger Commercial’s experienced team comprised of Senior Vice President Keith Graves, SIOR, CCIM, Sales Associate Daniel Forman, Senior Vice President Jonathan Thiel, and Vice President Lawrence Oxenberg.
The new agreement secures 83,793 square feet of space, which includes an expansion of 14,560 square feet.

In addition to leasing and marketing the project on behalf of the landlord, Berger Commercial Realty facilitated the sale of the land to Bridge Industrial for development in 2019.
Other lease deals recently executed in the building total 27,157 square feet.
Thiel and Oxenberg represented the Seller in the sale. The buyer intends to utilize the property for industrial mining.
North Broward Hospital plans to occupy the entire building.
