The 4,357-square-foot building, which is situated on .34 acres, is located within close proximity to the North Miami Beach City Hall and has been fully renovated to meet the latest building codes. The new owner plans to occupy the building.
Solar Air, an air-conditioning service provider with over 45 years of experience in South Florida, will occupy the new space commencing April 15, 2024.
Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Sales Associate Jonathan Thiel and Senior Vice President St. George Guardabassi represented the landlord in the lease deal.
Senior Vice President Keith R. Graves, CCIM, along with Senior Sales Associates John Forman and Jonathan Thiel represented landlord Prologis-North Carolina Limited Partnership in the deal.
The deals bring the industrial center to 100% occupied.
The firm will be relocating from its current location at 200 East Broward Boulevard.
In business for 23 years with offices located in Fort Lauderdale, Miramar and Boynton Beach, Berger Commercial Realty currently leases and manages the 100,316-square-foot, 7-story Class A office building, soon to be the new home of the company.
