1953-Built Office Building Sells For $335 PSF

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Sales Associate Jonathan Thiel and Senior Vice President Joseph Byrnes represented the seller, 17100 Property Holdings, LLC, in the sale of an office property located at 17100 NE 19th Street in North Miami Beach.

Miami-based Yale Properties Development, LLC paid $1,460,000 for the asset.

The deal closed March 27.

“This sale only further supports the fact that it is a great time to sell property here in South Florida,” commented Thiel.

The 4,357-square-foot building, which is situated on .34 acres, is located within close proximity to the North Miami Beach City Hall and has been fully renovated to meet the latest building codes. The new owner plans to occupy the building.
